Manure worms are special worms also known as Red wigglers.
I was fortunate enough to attend an excellent half day class on raising a worm culture for compositing and gardening. It was half lecture, and half hands-on. We got to take some home so here’s my first setup.
It’s April 3rd, 2020 as I’m writing this, and they’re still kicking! Since they’re still alive, even in my novice hands, I’m more apt to spend a little dough on the critters to make them even happier and more productive. Hope to have a good production this year of red wiggler worm castings and leachate.
Stay tuned!
